property needs assistance and eventually have been on hold for over 5 minutes. very unprofessional. sorry but i have to find another help somewhere else.

Wow do I wish I read these reviews before hiring these people. Called and told them of problem and was assured by them on the phone that they could fix the problem. They required me to pre-pay this should have been my first alert that something was not right. Tech spent three hours at my house doing the exact same thing I had done for the past three days and then informs me that he cannot fix it. Called company several times over the next few days and they just kept telling me someone would "call me back in 10 minutes". On my last call to them I told them I was disputing charge and they became even ruder and nastier. Spent almost $300.00 for nothing!!!

Their phone representative misinformed their Tech, giving him the wrong information about my problem. Thus sending out a very capable Tech but in the wrong field of expertise. I spent 30 mins of a 45 min call out showing him my promblem which he could not fix and I have to pay for--" I dont think so!" This is a very BAD company; DON'T use them!

I had a problem with my pc and the tech was not only smart but courteus and profesional. He backup all my data without even asking. Reistall all my software and all updates. I will definitely call this company again.! By the way the techs name is Roger Alfaro put in a request for this guy! Mr Kaleta San Diego CA.

Horrible customer service- repairs not fixed. would not help with refund for a service I did not want- never got, and told them twice not to bill. I paid for the original repair ( which didn't work off site or here) but would not refund me for something I didn't get and didnT need.very rude
