* Windows PC Support Membership: Our basic membership plan, with unlimited service and same-day support.
* Priority One Membership: With this membership plan, you are guaranteed to have a response within one hour of requesting technical support.
* Executive Service Membership: In addition to guaranteed response times within 30 minutes, this membership also includes PDA synchronization and data backup. If we don't respond within 30 minutes of your request for tech support, you get one month of FREE service!
* Unlimited Remote Data Backup: With data backup, all of your most precious documents, pictures, and other personal files are saved from computer disaster with limitless storage.
* One-Time Tune-Up: Clean, optimize, and protect your computer with a one-time tune-up. We will remove viruses, spyware, temporary files, and unwanted applications, and protect your computer from future security threats.
* Single Support Incident: We will fix your problem or answer your technical questions for up to 60 minutes.
* PDA to PC Synchronization: We will synch your PDA (Palm, Blackberry, and Windows devices only) with your Outlook or the contact manager software that is shipped with your phone. This requires a subscription on synchronized PC.
