I called Nerds on Site to remove a virus that I had acciedentally donwloaded. They quoted me some possible rates and proceded to fixing my computer. It was the longest process I've ever seen and in the end the told me they had to erase my computer and bring it back to the day I bought it, which took even longer and cost even more than I was told. Now I've lost everything. If I had known what they were going to do I would have just lived with the minor problems the virus was causing.
